Christian Savings

Did you know that investing your savings can support children and adults with disabilities in the world’s poorest places?

cbm New Zealand is now partnering with Christian Savings. This opens up a wonderful new opportunity for you to support cbm.

By nominating cbm as your charity when opening up a Charitable Deposit account with Christian Savings, you can continue to help people with disabilities in the world’s poorest places.

Christian Savings has been supporting churches with affordable loans for over 60 years. Their mission is to help Christian churches and charities throughout New Zealand thrive, and to give people like you the opportunity to grow your investments while also building the Kingdom of God in Aotearoa.

Financially support cbm through investing with Christian Savings. Decide the term you’d like to invest for, from 1 to 5 years, and, should you choose cbm as your nominated charity, the interest earned on the deposit is donated to cbm.

How it works

Make a real difference each year with interest earned through your savings. Charitable Term Deposits work just like a normal term deposit, except that Christian Savings donates an amount equal to the interest which you would have earned on a term deposit of the same term to an eligible charity nominated by you.

You can choose to support cbm in three easy steps:

Choose your investment term

You decide the term you’d like to invest your funds, from 1 to 5 years. A donation is made quarterly by Christian Savings to the charity or church of your choice.

Choose your charity or church

Nominate cbm as your charity of choice to receive the interest earned on your savings.

Choose how to reinvest

When the deposit comes up to maturity, you can invest more, change the term, or withdraw some or all of your investment.

Should you choose to nominate cbm New Zealand as your chosen charity connected to your Charitable Deposit account with Christian Savings, you will continue to help transform the lives of children and adults with disabilities in the world’s poorest places.
