Andrew joined the Board in 2019, having recently retired from a career in counselling and tertiary education. His previous involvement in mission, particularly in South East Asia, made cbm an ideal organisation in which to invest post-retirement time and energy. He has a particular concern for staff well-being and good organisational practice.
